Will this fit my vehicle’s hitch?
The AfterParty is designed exclusively for 2″ hitches. Note for cargo vans: A fit check is required. Depending on your hitch manufacturer, vehicle wheelbase, handlebar width, and accessories, an 8″ Hitch Extension may be required for your handlebars to clear the van doors.
Is it safe for carbon frames and E-Bikes?
Absolutely. With a 60 lbs per tray weight capacity, it can safely handle most E-Bikes on the market. Furthermore, its dual load arm design means there is zero contact with your bike’s frame or fork, making it the perfect choice for delicate carbon frames and premium paint jobs.
Can I add a third bike to this rack?
No. The AfterParty is exclusively built as a 2-bike carrier. It is not expandable and is not compatible with the GuideRail Add-On.
Can I use this with my commuter bike that has fenders?
The AfterParty secures bikes tightly by the tires, so it is not recommended for use with fender-equipped bicycles. While some users opt to use a foam pad to buffer the arm against the fender, RockyMounts cannot be held responsible for any damaged fenders.
