How do I turn the tuning chip on and off?
Activation and deactivation are simple. Starting from the TURBO assistance mode, press the MINUS button to begin the combination – + – + (4 presses total). A speed of 19 km/h will briefly display for 2-3 seconds to confirm activation. To turn it off, repeat the process and 12 km/h will display.
How does the display show my speed when going fast?
When riding with the chip active, your display shows the exact, true speed up to 22.9 km/h. After exceeding this, the actual speed is indicated by the last two digits. For example, if your display shows 23.3, your actual speed is 33 km/h. If it shows 24.2, you are traveling at 42 km/h.
Do I need to calibrate the chip after installing?
No manual calibration is needed. The calibration and adaptation to your e-bike system are performed completely automatically during the very first time you switch the chip on or off.
Is this product meant for public roads?
No. The use of tuning devices that remove speed limits is intended exclusively for sports and racing purposes outside of public roads. By installing this device, riders agree to use their modified e-bike in accordance with the applicable legislation of their country.
